Principal’s Message
It is with great pleasure and pride that I welcome you to the 2011-2012 school year at Deerfield Beach Middle School…an “A” school! Our teachers are among the district’s finest receiving National Board Certification and outstanding teacher awards. Our parent groups are on the cutting edge of educational reform. We appreciate our parents and community members who have supported our fundraising, volunteer, and mentoring activities.
I am confident that we will work together as students, educators, families and the community to create the best learning environment for our students. It is my belief that communication is one of the most important keys to a positive learning environment. Each student is required to have an agenda book; this is an important organizational tool. By checking it periodically, parents can understand what is expected of their child on a daily basis. Students and parents can also keep up to date with grades by visiting the Pinnacle Parent Viewer.
